Being an entrepreneur, I second each word . Surprised how a motivational speaker can express what an entrepreneur goes through . However I have some different experiences. beside all the above characteristics you require 2,more qualities to become a good entrepreneur.

Making a team is easy but making a team you can trust needs courage . Creating such team is only possible when you are empathetic towards your employees (a) and towards society (b) . Make your dream , the dream of your employees. Love them unconditionally but be strict when it comes to incompetency. Be ready to fire an incompetent person even if he holds top position in your company. Thanks
