*Never be afraid for conflicts and be truthful to yourself. Being a pushover will result everyone wanting to ride on you. Being used builds up deep resentment, even if you are thinking that you are nice to people. Confronting on rightful reasons, ads up a zest to your character. Ultimately, be humble and rational.*

This video finds me exactly when I need it. I’m the Chairman of my networking chapter and there is a major conflict between my Vice-Chairman and another member and they both avoid each other and the member hyperbolize the conflict. Thank you

Obstacles do not block the path, they are the path. If you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere. Always remember guys that difficulties mastered are opportunities won. Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t. Hi guys! It’s me again 🙂 You might have seen me before but my desire to inspire more people is what keeps me pushing to reach out more. We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we just graduated college and were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. I started it out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second one currently under construction but launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

I loved this. We do need this examples like you showed here today. Coming up in business it’s very useful to know how to manage the conflict like you did with ‘Mike’. Thanks for what your doing Pat. Please keep giving us such great examples.

This is gold and so many people need to hear it! Everyone avoids conflict which makes it worse. Deal with the conflict head-on, smash through the problem and create a solution. You will praise yourself in the future for doing it.

That’s so true, I see myself in many behaviours you said, I’m unhappy but willing to change, it’s painful but it’s the right way to be happier in life, it painful and feels good at the same time every time I do it reach something in my deep, it’s a must if I want to do what I love to do.

My heart is breaking HOW I WISH!! “The Vault” was somewhere outside the US not everyone can get a US visa but I hope and pray the next events are held in a country that is easily accessible.
