I was lucky. Back in the early 80s, as part of my job, I got to sit in a room with Bruce backstage for about 40 minutes. He/we talked about various things that weren’t music. The man is amazing.
So much for Heavy Metal creating idiots…. This gentleman has more class than a lot of people I know…
Heavy Metal is probably the hardest music to play. If you can play heavy metal you can play anything.

A legend with many, many skills including fencing to a national standard, has a history degree, he’s a singer, orator, teacher, writer, pilot, entrepreneur. He is officially a polymath which isn’t really surprising. Iron Maiden have also released a beer too! Must have heard himself talking here and gone and arranged it!
