hy kris ..i am right now in my first year business school and i have the same doubt …its getting in my head everyday . and i am too like you really pumped about real estate and entrepreneurship .what do you think i should do? my top goal was investing in realestate and starting businesses and so i thought i should have a business degree . but rightnow i am having a lot of doubt .

I went to college AND I started a business! Haha what a novel idea! You can do both! I am grateful everyday that I went to college and got a degree. I use the knowledge everyday that I gained at university. And I have the satisfaction that I accomplished a major milestone in life that every functioning member of society should do. Everyone should get a degree!

i plan to do both and real estate 🙂
edit: i got a lot of sh*t for wanting to go to community college for business. my bill is significantly less than my peers and the cc school already had online classes, so it was an easy swap from in person-online. some judged, but now i’ll be thriving in many ways!

To be honest I’m in high school going into junior year and I don’t know if I should go on to play football at college from scholarship or go on and do real estate flipping and investing.

You can learn about accounting debt and taxes for free by reading books in a public library or studying online. But if you want to become an accountant, a cpa for example, then you’ll need a college degree. Or you may just need to pass the CPA exam by studying on your own without going to college. You have to check the local laws in your state for the answer to that.

Probably won’t hear this because this video came out a week earlier, but while Harvard tuition is rising, most students pay little to nothing. Harvard has almost 30 billion in endowments and other grants that it uses to give its students massive financial packages. Doesn’t apply to all schools but I just wanted to point that out.
