A man should look for what it is, not for what he thinks it should be. I understand now.
This guy is a true gem. I think everyone can learn a lesson or two from him. Money is only a part of the equation…. things like integrity, loyalty, dedication, tenacity, communication, punctuality and patience all speak volumes.
What a man! Grateful that at the age of 87 he still has the vitality to share his wisdom with us all.
At 87 despite the fact that he is short of breath, he still continues and inspires many hearts. Thanks for all your great words B 💛
He’s one of the richest people in the world, yet he lived humble and plan to give most of it away. What a great person. I hope people around him will treasure him as much as possible, because when he’s gone someday he will be greatly missed.

1) 5:00 makes me realise school (while it has its place) isn’t all that important on its own.
2) REAL determination is key.
3) Having integrity is so under-rated.
4) Buffett is a living legend.
5) There is no 1 journey to wealth or success. It’s a combination of factors – be we can all do it if we really want to.
you still need education, just don’t over pay for it like going to yale, stay local and there’s nothing wrong with community college. keep it cheap, the curriculums are all the same with the same books. just know that there are two sides of a business : the business and what you’re in business for. if you’re trying to start a restaurant go to culinary arts school and take some entrepreneurship classes. that’s what education is supposed to be about. use it to empower your ideas and workshop them in school.

Wow, this was so interesting to listen to. I think Warren Buffet has a lot of insight and we can all learn from his experiences. His quote of “You have to learn how to multiply yourself through other people.” really speaks to a way of thinking that together we can grow more than individually. Great speech!

Brilliant stories. I’ve learned by my many businesses that the customer may not always be right , but they they always deserve respect and kindness. This is one of my companies policies. Zero Tolerance at that.
Man, one day i wish my kids could see him speak (when i have kids). He is a teacher more than anything anyone would be lucky to hear him speak wether live or in video. Came for investment and entrepreneurship advice but instead learned more about life
