Dude is killing it. All my life people have been telling me that I am too deep and to stop looking into things deeply. He is the first person ever to tell me I don’t look deep enough.

I have a ton of motivation to grow my business and always provide more value than I charge, but listening to Leo gives me 100x more motivation. It’s like driving a car that’s already fast, then hitting the NOS button for even more boost. Thank you for your insights and advice on the dozens of topics you discuss. Respect!

I agree and think that testing and implementing new things is one of the best ways to experiment and find what works. This is also where creativity began to flow and then seeing new opportunities became easier. I enjoy topics like this as it is relevant and some of the principles are rooted in awareness and actualization. All part of the process. Great vid Leo.

@Advait Deshmukh I recently unsubscribed from Aaron channel because 99% of his material is rehashing. He makes a video every single day which means he has to rehash as a good video and content require deep studying and explanation.

LEO puts his heart out in his content and very Unique perspective. Once you listen to Leo and the effort he puts in his work, you don’t feel like listening to other gurus whose videos are so generic repetition at core.

Being an Entrepreneur myself, and from my personal experiences, I have come to the realization that in order to become successful in life, to have anything worth having in life, our deepest desires and life’s treasures lie within the dark cave we are afraid to enter. Once we step into darkness with the knowledge we gained through the journey lights the way. Knowledge and Experience is Power.

I opened my store yesterday and came across this video. This helps me a lot and is very motivating. The most impressive part of this video is the last part. About consciousness. “The purpose of the business is not just making money, is to promote a cause and to improve the world to raise awareness in the world.” I love this saying. This is what I have been thinking of and doubtful of. But now I am clear of my vision. Thank you very much! And I will come back and comment again when my business is successful! Thank you!

Hey Leo, absolutely amazing video. You helped me a lot by confirming the thoughts I have on this topic. Error #5 was the most valuable for me. One thing that makes me uncomfortable with learning business is, that I am afraid of this trap. I always fear, that I will get lost in this “business game” too much and become unaware. I already came to the conclusion, that I need to learn business, but at the same time set enough habits to always remind me and stay & become even more aware. The fact alone that you noticed this trap as well makes me more confident about making the commitment to master business to a certain level.
You just made me realise that you are doing exactly what I am afraid of. Since you are a person I look up to in terms of personal development, this makes me feel more confident with my perspective on it.

Thanks for the video, I feel like you just spoke directly to me.

When I started my business 28 years ago I gave myself no option to fail. I was committed to custom work to my clients and that nobody could do better than me. Those that were, I learned from. Relationship is the basis for all human interactions. Creating relationship is key to success. Also, being a resource to others allows for entertaining the thought of doing business with you. Those are my tips.

I am so glad I found this video. I have realized now that I am on the right track, just need to master #4 and keep grinding. I would love to watch a more in depth video on businesses being conscious. I am hoping as I watch more videos I can discover ways of turning my business into one that supports my community and has a deeper impact.
Thank you for the video, Leo!

Great video. I’ve been through some pretty incredible difficult times while starting up my company. One thing I think people fail to realize is that the challenges you face (particularly the really hard ones) test how much belief you have in whatever it is you’re doing. If you don’t fully believe in what you’re doing, the desire to quit, the urge to just give up, is way too strong. I’m talking about moments where it’s like “should I cut the red wire or the blue wire?” Those moments where you’re asking yourself “is this really worth it?” If you’re doing anything worthwhile, you will most likely be tested. Goes back to the book the Alchemist. “What you still need to know is this: before a dream is realized, the Soul of the World tests everything that was learned along the way. It does this not because it is evil, but so that we can, in addition to realizing our dreams, master the lessons we’ve learned as we’ve moved toward that dream. That’s the point at which, as we say in the language of the desert, one ‘dies of thirst just when the palm trees have appeared on the horizon.’
“Every search begins with beginner’s luck. And every search ends with the victor’s being severely tested.”

Hey Leo, I’ve been watching for a few years now.. Thank you for your time and sharing your reflecting revelations… This was a great video! I needed it right now in my life as I’m in my 3rd year of “research” with my vision.. And your spot on, on everything you said.. Well, for me you are.. Thank you very much. 🙏

Very interesting video Leo! As always, it seems like the challenge for me as a viewer is self honest observation to be able to apply what you say to my current situation. Your examples are therefore very helpful. 🙂

  12. Arlet Bode

Hey Leo, I remember you saying in a video or two that when one undertakes the lifelong journey to self actualization, there will be good and bad days, and the bad days are the best. What do you mean? Could this apply to overall mood, motivation, performance, etc.? Thank you

another common mistake is thinking a business means less work than a regular job. that happens almost only for well established and placed business, and very rarely for new ones. most often, especially in the beginning, a new business require a LOT of work and dedication. a lot. very few have the luck to make money with little to no effort.

It’s so funny reading the comments above two years after they were written and seeing how innocent and naive you all were about Google, Elon Musk, etc. A lot can happen in just two years.

    2. Actualized.org

Google is a pretty good example of a more-conscious company. It isn’t perfect, but it’s a lot better than most large companies and seems to care about its impact on humanity (at least for now).

There are conscious companies out there. And in the future, there will be more of them.

    3. Harshal Shinde

the last point of contributing to the society is quite or looks impossible in this world when I see most of the companies fudging their accounts books or doing manipulation to establish their hegemony. More larger the company, more impossible it is fulfill the last point becos if u do that u will not survive. that last point might hold true for small or mid capital companies. What are ur thoughts on it, Leo?
Regarding awareness, I am yet able to meet a person living his life out of awareness. But u are right without awareness, u are doomed but the people just don’t understand.

Hi, leo. Thanks again for this wonderful eye-opening video 🙂

I am in a life or death situation!! I got faith and hope from your video: “whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” I always remind myself of this adage.

I live in a third world country, and it is not that easy to make your own business compared the US. However, I was recently introduced to online business. I started a blog, so I can make money through adsense, Adwords..etc

I isolated myself for more than two months so far, doing nothing, but meditating and focusing on the blog. I spend about 14 hours working on the blog each day.

The only problem I faced is that my introvert problem and emotions and shyness problem gets a bit worse, not that I feel emotionally crippled, but when I am with familly, I am an alien. Also, I can’t find time to work on myself.

How can I balance? I want to keep working on the blog and earn money as soon as possibe, and at the same time work on myself to improve all the areas of my life.

    Thanks 😉
